"I love mornings by the river, because they are often shrouded in dense fog. This time, what made it even more unique was that I was painting a full moon at its setting, which as it approached the horizon gradually took on a more and more vivid, almost blood-red hue."

Each artwork is created entirely outdoors, directly in nature.

Painting en plein air is something more to me than simply creating — it is a personal experience, a moment in which I can fully immerse myself in nature; a unique kind of encounter. This is the form of painting in which I feel most at home, and the one I consider the truest and most aligned with myself. Paintings are sold unframed.
